1. Eligibility & Conduct

All members of Luxury Dating must be at least 21 years of age. Members agree to represent themselves truthfully, interact with courtesy, and respect the privacy and dignity of all candidates.

2. Strict Prohibition of Transactional Activities

Luxury Dating is dedicated strictly to authentic, intentional romance. Soliciting funds, offering financial compensation for companionship, promoting commercial services, or engaging in transactional dating is strictly prohibited and results in immediate, permanent account termination.

3. Respect & Anti-Harassment

Unsolicited explicit imagery, aggressive behavior, intimidation, and unauthorized sharing of another member's confidential communications or photographs are grounds for legal reporting and platform expulsion.
